IMPORTANT: Access to the meeting app ("ACP Meetings" app) and event platform is restricted to registered attendees. When prompted for name and email, you must enter the email address with which you registered.
Because the 2025 Internal Medicine Meeting will be a hybrid event, joining participants both in New Orleans and online, the meeting app and companion online event platform ("Attendee Hub") are more critical than ever to your experience. As an attendee, you’ll use the app, the event platform, or both in conjunction to:
- Browse, search, and customize your schedule
- Access session handouts, faculty information, livestreams, and recordings
- Participate in live polls and submit questions to faculty during sessions
- Find, connect with, and engage in discussions with other attendees
- Submit session evaluations and CME/MOC
- Navigate the wide range of offerings from exhibitors, sponsors, and other additional learning opportunities throughout the meeting
Note that since 2022, we no longer provide a print schedule or program book. All attendees will need to utilize these digital resources to navigate the meeting.
ACP MEETINGS APP
To access the 2025 event via the app:
STEP 1: Download (or update) the mobile app, ACP Meetings from your Apple or Android App Store. (If you don’t have a compatible device, just skip down to ONLINE EVENT PLATFORM below, since you can use that platform even from mobile device web browsers.)
STEP 2: Once opened, you should see the ACP Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 event at the top of your screen. Tap the > arrow to download the event. If you find yourself in a previous event, tap the bottom right menu and select “Exit event” to return to the events listing screen.
STEP 3: Enter your name and the same email address at which you received your registration email. Then enter the 6-digit verification code that will be sent to both your email and via text message to the mobile number you entered during registration.
STEP 4: Explore!
- Build your schedule by browsing and filtering sessions and clicking “Add” on sessions you’d like to attend. (You’ll be able to change your selections later.)
- Update your profile by clicking the face icon in the top right of your screen, then “View profile” by your name, then the pencil icon in the top right to make edits.
- Alternatively, use the online event platform to do this work (see below), then open the app to see all of your updates. The app and event platform are automatically synched, so any changes you make in one will be reflected in the other.
ONLINE EVENT PLATFORM ("Attendee Hub")
In addition to the meeting app, both in-person and virtual attendees can access the hybrid online event platform. The content syncs between this platform and the meeting app, so you can use both in conjunction to optimize your experience.
For virtual attendees, we recommend using this platform to access the livestreams, while using the app on a companion device to participate in live polling, speaker Q&A, and other features. Also, please note that the times shown should be automatically adjusted to your current time zone.
We encourage you to start getting familiar with these platforms as soon as you can so you're ready to dive right into the event when it begins.
- Watch for alerts in MyACP and your email with links and additional information.
- Log in following the same procedure as the meeting app (see above).
- Build your customized schedule, browse through exhibitors, connect with other attendees. Starting later in March, you can start downloading the session handouts, as well. Please note that all content is tentative, since we'll be adding and making revisions to the content up to--and even during--the meeting start.
Whether you’re joining us in New Orleans or online, we hope you’re as excited as we are to reconnect with colleagues and Master Medicine Together!
