Technical FAQs

How do I access the meeting schedule and program?

In an effort to reduce waste and enhance every attendee's experience, whether participating on site in New Orleans or virtually, we have replaced print programs with digital platforms. The complete (though tentative) program is available now. Registrants are now able to build and manage their schedules within the mobile app (ACP Meetings app) and the integrated web platform: the Attendee Hub. Links and details are available exclusively to registrants via email and the MyACP portal.

How can I get the meeting app?

As in prior years, we are using the ACP Meetings app for this event, which offers many exciting features to enhance the attendee experience. We have launched the 2025 event for registered attendees, so check your email for announcements, as well as the MyACP portal. To log in, enter your name and the same email address you used when you registered for the meeting. You will then receive a 6-digit verification code at this same email address and, if you provided a valid mobile number when registering, via text message.

Note that if you attended in 2024 and find yourself in that event, you can tap the "more" menu (bottom right of the app screen), scroll to the bottom of that menu, and then click "Exit event" to return to the menu of events, where you'll find the 2025 event.

See the Download Meeting App page for more information and links.

How can I access the event web platform (Attendee Hub)? Will it work from my mobile device?

Like the meeting app, we've launched the Attendee Hub event web platform to 2025 registrants. Check for announcements and the link via MyACP and in your email. This platform is designed to function on any web browser, including phone and tablet browsers, so it’s a great alternative to the meeting app if you have any issues installing or using that. All of the same content and features are available in the Attendee Hub that are offered in the app, so you do not need to use both unless you wish. Both platforms automatically synch, so any work you do in one will be reflected in the other.

To log in, simply enter your name and the same email address you used when you registered for the meeting. You will then receive a 6-digit verification code at this same email address and, if you provided a valid mobile number when registering, via text message.

What if I don’t receive a verification code after entering my name and email?

Often when this occurs, the culprit is an overzealous spam filter, so check your junk folder to see if it landed there. If you didn't provide a valid mobile number when registering, reach out to our Member and Product Support team (or visit them at the Registration counter if you’re in New Orleans) and they’ll update your number so you receive future verification codes via text message.

Are the sessions being livestreamed and/or recorded?

Yes, the majority of sessions will be livestreamed and recorded, with the livestream recordings becoming available in the Attendee Hub platform within an hour of the session’s end. Many of the sessions that aren’t livestreamed will still be recorded and made available the week after the event. A small number of sessions will only be available in-person in New Orleans. Prior to the event, you can find all of this information online. The app and Attendee Hub enable you to filter the entire schedule, accordingly.

How long do attendees get access to the recordings and how do we access them?

The recordings will all become available directly within the Attendee Hub platform. Recordings of livestreamed sessions will be available within an hour or so of the session end. You can access them by returning to the session in the schedule and clicking a “Replay” button, or you can browse through all the available recordings from the "Recordings" menu link under "Schedule." Non-livestreamed session recordings will be loaded into the platform the week following the event.

All attendees will get at least 30 days to access the recordings (the Standard registration) or, if you selected Premium registration, for 1 year.

How do I submit for CME and/or MOC?

Because the event is categorized as an “other activity (live activity component and enduring material component),” attendees can earn CME credit and MOC points for the live 3-day event and for the meeting recordings as a single activity. This simplifies the process of submitting, because you can merge the learning you do in-person or virtually, synchronously (in real time), with the learning you do through watching recordings, then submit for the combination. However, it is essential that you submit before your access expires. To learn more specifics, see the CME and MOC section of the meeting site.

How do I participate in live Q&A (on site or virtually)?

You can participate either through the mobile app or the Attendee Hub. Just navigate to the session in your schedule, then click the “Q&A” button . (If you don’t see a “Q&A” button, this means that session is not utilizing interactive Q&A.) In that tab, you’ll see a space to enter your question once the session begins, but you’ll also see other posted questions that you can choose to vote up if you believe they’re most important for the speaker(s) to answer.

How do I participate in live polling (on site or virtually)?

You can participate via links provided in the mobile app, the Attendee Hub, or on the presenter's screen. Just use the QR code or click the link provided in the session descriptions and follow the presenter's instructions to participate. Note that not all sessions utilize polling, so please await instructions provided during the session for further information.

Where do I go if I have other questions when in New Orleans?

You are welcome to visit the Registration counter (where you print your badge) for in-person assistance with any issue. If you’d prefer to access assistance without waiting in line, the meeting app will offer a link to access the Member and Product Support team via web chat.

What do I do if I have other questions while attending virtually?

Within the Attendee Hub and meeting app, you'll find a "Need Help?" link to the AI-powered IM Meeting Assistant (just ask it if you'd prefer a human agent from our Member and Product Support team). You can always reach out via the Contact Us link on ACP Online, as well.
