You may always choose to switch meeting registration format from Virtual to In-Person, or from In-Person to Virtual, at no charge. Send an email with your request to switch your registration to help@acponline.org.

• Please note: if you switch to the Virtual format, any Pre-meeting course, Clinical Skills sessions, and other ticketed events will be canceled with a 50% refund since they are not offered in a virtual format.
• If you switch to the Virtual format, please remember to cancel your hotel room. Please review your onPeak confirmation for your hotel’s cancellation policy information.

Yes! ACP Members receive Early Bird rates through January 31, 2027.

• Early Bird rates offer an extra savings of $100 in addition to membership discount.
• Early Bird discounts are available to ACP Members for the Focused Topic Courses that will take place April 13-14, before the 3-day meeting. Registration will open October 2026.
• International discounts are available for high, middle, and low-income countries.
• Discounts for air and hotel for Internal Medicine Meeting 2027 will be available late-September 2026.
• Members are also notified when additional promotions or contests are available.

Notice of cancellation for the Internal Medicine Meeting, guest registrations, pre-meeting courses, Clinical Skills sessions, and all other ticketed sessions must be received in writing via email. Email date will determine the amount of refund according to the following schedule:

March 17, 2027, or before – Choose between:

• 50% refund of entire registration amount OR
• No-cost switch to Virtual registration, which includes access to all recordings (150+ hours). Note that Pre-meeting Courses, Clinical Skills sessions, and other ticketed events cannot be canceled after this date.

Subject to availability, you may switch your registrations for Pre-meeting Courses, ticketed Clinical Skills sessions and Peer Coaching sessions at no additional cost, but no refunds will be issued.

All cancellations are based on Eastern time. A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment.

Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. ACP does its best to match room size with anticipated demand; however, interest in a topic occasionally exceeds seating capacity. Seating limits are strictly enforced by the Convention Center Fire Marshal. We encourage you to arrive at meeting rooms as early as possible for best seating.
