Attendees can claim CME credits/ABIM MOC points for Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 and Pre-Courses and obtain State CME certificates. Find instructions about how to submit claims below.

How to Claim CME Credit and ABIM MOC Points

Internal Medicine Meeting 2025: Standard and Premium Registration

Deadlines to claim CME credits and ABIM MOC points:
Standard Registration: May 6, 2025
Premium Registration: April 5, 2026

Step 1: Visit this page each time you wish to claim CME credit until the deadlines established below. Learners may claim CME credits:

  1. “As-you-go” or
  2. Make one bulk claim.
    1. Please be aware that the maximum total of 188 CME credits assumes learners’ attendance at sessions in all time slots and at Clinical Skills Center activities during breaks and lunches throughout the live meeting, as well as review of all recordings of sessions not attended live.
    2. Claim credit based on the number of hours, rounded to the nearest quarter hour, engaged in education - live sessions, skill center activities, and session recordings.

If you wish to claim ABIM MOC points, proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2: If you wish to claim ABIM MOC points, visit the MOC claim page (will be live during the meeting) and click the “CLAIM MOC POINTS” button. Learners may claim MOC points:

  1. “As-you-go” or
  2. Make one bulk claim.

The number of MOC points claimed is equivalent to the number of CME credits claimed in Step 1.

Learners will provide their ABIM number, date of birth, and complete an evaluation in the form of a written reflective statement.

Pre-Courses

Deadline to claim CME credits and ABIM MOC points: December 31, 2027.

Step 1: Visit the Pre-Course claim page (will be live during the meeting) to claim CME credit. Learners should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

If you wish to claim ABIM MOC points, proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2: If you wish to claim ABIM MOC points, visit the MOC claim page (will be live during the meeting) and click the “CLAIM MOC POINTS” button. Learners will provide their ABIM number, date of birth, and complete an evaluation in the form of a written reflective statement.

Please Note:

  • Deadline to claim CME credits and ABIM MOC points: December 31, 2027.
  • Both Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed to claim MOC points. CME credits must be claimed before claiming MOC points.
  • The number of MOC points claimed is equivalent to the number of CME credits claimed.
  • Don’t remember your ABIM number? Visit abim.org/verify-physician/ to look it up.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
