Clinical Skills Center at the Internal Medicine Meeting 2027

The Clinical Skills Center offers hands-on medical education through procedural workshops, physical examination training, simulation experiences, and point-of-care ultrasound instruction. Participants can develop practical clinical skills in a small-group learning environment during the Internal Medicine Meeting 2027.

The Clinical Skills Center offers one of the most comprehensive procedural training menus available, covering everything from ultrasound-guided thoracentesis to gait assessment and many more.

Thursday, April 15: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

You’ll find a well-rounded physical examination curriculum spanning cardiology, neurology, opthalmology, geriatrics, and dermatology.

How to Register for Clinical Skills Center Workshops

Experienced users can move beyond core applications and work on advanced techniques including ultrasound-guided central venous line placement, ultrasound-guided PICC placement, ultrasound-guided thoracentesis, and ultrasound-guided paracentesis.
