Display a Job Posting

As an exhibitor, sponsor, or physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 in New Orleans, you can submit job postings for openings in your organization to the ACP Job Placement Center. Postings will be displayed on the Center’s walls by region and will be available on the Internal Medicine Meeting app. There is no limit to the number of postings you may submit.

Job Posting Fees:

• Early bird posting: (November 1 - December 31) $350.00
• Pre-show posting: (January 1 - March 7) $400.00
• On-site posting: (March 8 - April 5) $650.00

Posting Requirements:

• 8.5” x 11” single-sided sheet (color or black and white). Double-sided postings will be charged as 2 individual postings.
• Exhibitors—MUST display booth number and contact information on the posting.
• Physicians—MUST include the name of the physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 with their contact information during the meeting.
• Include a QR code that will take the physician to a specific job or to your organization’s job board landing page.

Posting Submission:

• Email completed order form and a high-resolution PDF of posting to jobplacementcenter@acponline.org.
• Full payment is required at time of submission.
• Mail 25 copies of the job posting to the address on the order form to arrive by March 7.*

*It is the employer’s responsibility to maintain an adequate supply of postings during the course of the meeting.
