First Time Logging In?
Only the email address of the primary contact on file can create a new password.*
Step 1
- Start by creating a new password.
- Enter your email address then click Next.
- Choose "Forgot Password/First Time Login" and submit your email again.
- Check for an automated email from "Events IdP noreply@personifyauth.com" then follow the link to create your password.
Step 2
- Once logged into the portal, click on the drop down menu with your name and click on "View My Profile"
- If your company name is not listed, use the "Company Lookup" box. This links you to your organization in the portal.
*If you are unsure who the primary contact is for your booth or have difficulty logging in, contact us. Exhibitor accounts can only have one primary contact on file.
