Discounted Group Registration Rates for International Delegations

Receive a registration discount for groups of 10 or more. The guidelines require that one person organize the group, provide the registration forms, and submit one payment by check or credit card for the entire group. Not all participants in group delegations are required to be ACP members.

*Members in high income countries pay ACP dues of $230.
**Members in upper-middle income countries pay ACP dues of $160.
***Members in low and low-middle income countries pay ACP dues of $110.

The rates above are per person fees.

ACP international members pay dues (for on-line access to publications) based on the World Bank Economic Indicators for high income, upper middle income, and low/low-middle income countries. View your country of residence income designation (per World Bank Economic Indicators) to determine what discounted rate you are eligible for.

Guests may be included on the group form at a rate of $50. Registered guests may include family members (16 years of age or older) or friends who are not in the medical industry. A co-worker or an associate in the medical industry may NOT register as a guest. Guests are not permitted to attend any portion of the Scientific Program other than the Opening Ceremony.

Note: pre-courses and workshops sell out quickly and are on a first come, first served basis. Please submit your delegate list and payment by October 31, 2020, to increase your chances of being able to register for these reserved sessions. Information about pre-courses and reserved sessions will be available in September.
