Submit a Job Seeker’s Profile (Meeting attendance is not required.)

Physicians looking for a job may submit a Job Seeker's Profile/CV to the ACP Job Placement Center. Profiles and CVs are distributed to all participating employers and sponsors who have submitted a job posting to the ACP Job Placement Center. Locum tenens companies, sourcing firms, fee-based recruiters, recruitment firms, and CV Database Service Organizations will receive the booklets based on physician distribution criteria.

The CV Review and Consultation and Navigating the J1 Waiver Job Search are held at ACP Job Placement Center, Booth #1535 (Hall AB) and require an appointment. To take advantage of any of the two services provided, please email the dates and times you will be available to: jobplacementcenter@acponline.org to set up an appointment.

Looking to hire a physician? Display a Job Posting

As an exhibitor, sponsor, or physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2024 in Boston, you may submit job postings for openings in your organization to the ACP Job Placement Center. A posting must fit on a single, one-sided 8.5x11 sheet. There is no limit to the number of postings you may submit. Participation in the Center will give you access to the Job Seeker’s Profile and CVs before, during, and after Internal Medicine Meeting 2024.

Job Posting Fees:

• $600 per posting for orders submitted March 21 - April 20, 2024

Job postings will be accepted February 5 – April 20.

Posting Requirements:

• 8.5x11 single-sided sheet (color or black and white)
• Double-sided postings will be charged as 2 individual postings and displayed as such
• Completed order form
• Full payment required at time of submission
• 20 copies to be displayed in the Center*
• High resolution pdf of posting e-mailed to jobplacementcenter@acponline.org

EXHIBITORS—Booth number and contact information MUST be displayed on posting. We recommend including a QR code on the posting so physicians may scan and go.

PHYSICIANS—Must include the name of the physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2024 with their contact information during meeting
