Located near the ACP Job Placement Center and Career Opportunities Aisle, the Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC), is your hub to connect, recharge, and offers a variety of activities to help propel your career forward. Access mini skills sessions, one-on-one and group coaching, award-winning posters, free professional headshots, and recharge at the Well-being Fun Zone and Networking Lounge.

ACP Physician Peer Coaching

(Ticketed, Book in Advance; Sign-up Instructions Below)

Sign up for 30-minute one-on-one, personalized Career Coaching sessions ($100) or one hour group sessions ($50) with trained coaches in the Career and Professional Development Center. Space is limited—sign up early!

To sign-up for a coaching session, add it to your existing Internal Medicine Meeting 2026 registration:

  1. Log in to your ACP account
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Navigate to “My Meetings” and click on “View Registration” next to Internal Medicine Meeting 2026 San Francisco
  4. Next to “Select Events”, click “Edit” and add on your coaching session to your registration

Stop by the Fun Zone to create your own ACP Recharge Kit. Choose from a variety of ACP-branded items to help with stress relief and sensory grounding while connecting you to ACP well-being resources. 

Abstract and Posters Competition

Hundreds of award-winning posters and abstracts will be displayed for viewing and judging in the Career and Professional Development Center. View and discuss posters created by Early Career Physicians, Residents and Fellows in-training, and Medical Students. Poster types include Basic Research, Clinical Research, Quality Improvement-Patient Safety, High Value Care, Physician Well-Being and Professional Fulfillment, and Clinical Vignettes.

 

 

 

Networking Lounge
