Submit a Physician Profile (Meeting attendance is not required.)

Physicians looking for a job may submit a Physician Profile and upload their CV to the ACP Job Placement Center. Profiles and CVs are distributed to all participating employers who have submitted a job posting to the ACP Job Placement Center based on the physician’s distribution criteria.

Job Postings
Postings will be displayed on the Center’s walls by region and will be available on the Internal Medicine Meeting app. Physicians who submit a profile will be e-mailed a link to the job postings that will remain live for one month after the meeting.

The CV Review and Navigating the J-1 Visa consultations are held at the ACP Job Placement Center in Exhibit Hall GH, Booth #531, and require an appointment. Submit a job posting.

As a physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2025, you can submit job postings for openings in your organization or practice to the ACP Job Placement Center. Postings will be displayed on the Center’s walls by region and will be available on the Internal Medicine Meeting app. There is no limit to the number of postings you may submit. Participation in the Center will give you access to the Physician Profiles and CVs before, during, and after Internal Medicine Meeting 2025.

Job Posting Fees:

• Preshow posting: (January 1-March 7) $400
• Onsite posting: (March 8-April 5) $650

Posting Requirements:

• 8.5” × 11” single-sided sheet (color or black and white). Double-sided postings will be charged as two individual postings.
• Physicians—MUST include the name of the physician attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2025 with their contact information during the meeting.
• Include a QR code that will take the physician to a specific job or to your organization’s job board landing page.

Posting Submission:

• E-mail completed order form and a high-resolution PDF of posting to jobplacementcenter@acponline.org.
• Full payment is required at time of submission.
• Mail 25 copies of the job posting to the address on the order form to arrive by March 7.*
