How do I register a guest?
Guest Information/Instructions
Guest Program registration is $99. Registered Guests may include family members (16 years of age or older) or friends who are not in the medical industry. Registered guests receive:
- Complimentary breakfast on Thursday morning at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis
- Complimentary admission into the Exhibit Hall for three days
- Complimentary shuttle service between designated hotels and the convention center
- Access to the refreshments distributed in the Exhibit Hall
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony on Thursday, 9:15 – 10:15 AM and the Annals of Internal Medicine Plenary Friday, 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
NOTE: Guests are NOT permitted to attend the pre-meeting courses or scientific program sessions.
How do I claim CME?
Here's how to claim CME credit for the Internal Medicine Meeting 2026:
Step 1: Claim CME Credit
Visit the CME claim page and select the sessions you attended. You can claim credit:
"As-you-go" (after each session), or
Make one bulk claim
Claim credit based on the number of hours, rounded to the nearest quarter hour, that you engaged in education—including live sessions, skill center activities, and session recordings.
Deadlines to claim CME credits:
Standard Registration: May 18, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
Premium Registration: April 16, 2027, 11:59 PM ET
Step 2: If you wish to claim ABIM MOC points (optional)
Visit the MOC claim page and click the "CLAIM MOC POINTS" button. You'll need to provide:
Your ABIM number
Date of birth
A written reflective statement (evaluation form)
Important Notes:
Both steps must be completed to claim MOC points
CME credits must be claimed before claiming MOC points
The number of MOC points claimed equals the number of CME credits claimed

Is there a shuttle? What time does the shuttle run?
Complimentary shuttle service is offered for all participants to and from the convention center and participating hotels during the morning and afternoon hours. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no midday shuttle service.

Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms San Francisco Marriott Marquis: All Gender restrooms are located on the 4th floor (Pacific Meeting Rooms) and 5th floor (Sierra Meeting Rooms).
Moscone Center: An All Gender restroom is located on meeting level 3 by room 301.
Where can I check my coat or luggage?
Coat/luggage check is located in the South Lobby on Level 1 at the Paseo Alcove.
Is there a Lost and Found?
Lost and Found is located in the Show Management Office, Room 105.
Is there a Business Center onsite?
The Convention Center does not have a business center. The closest FedEx is at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis on 4th Street between Market and Mission Streets, just one block away from the Convention Center.
How do I access mobility assistance?
Mobility Needs
Scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be picked up at Registration in the South Lobby. You will need to leave a form of identification to obtain a scooter. Scooter must be returned at the end of the day and cannot leave the convention center.
If you require special transportation, please make advance arrangements with the SEAT Planners’ Shuttle Supervisor at the Shuttle Hub or call 619-727-1908.
Is there a special area for nursing mothers?
Comfortably and privately breastfeed your baby or express milk in ACP Nursing Mothers’ Suite, located in Room 115. Mamava Suites (one standard, one ADA) are located on the Lower Mezzanine Level near Room 50.
Can I get child care?
Child Care Program
The Camp ACP Child Care Program has been exclusively designed for the guests and families of registered attendees by Accent on Arrangements, Inc. Advanced registration is recommended. For registration details and inquires, contact: registration@accentoca.com or 504-524-0188.
Is there a prayer and meditation room?
A Multi-Faith Prayer and Meditation Room will be provided in room 114. For information on other local places of worship, please check with your hotel concierge.
